CPC Minutes
December 10, 2014
- Meeting called to order at 7:17 PM
- Roll Call
- Present: Bob Overholtzer, Bob Sears, Tom Hickey, Laura Fitzgerald-Kemmett, Brad Kirlin, Patti Norton, Kenny Mitchell
- Minutes
- By a unanimous vote, the minutes of the previous meeting were approved as amended (Chairman’s report and name reference changes).
- Chairperson’s Report
- Laura will check on the Bonney House expenditures with Todd
- Laura will ask Todd to have a historical analysis of CPC expenditures and allocations for the January 14, 2015 meeting
- No action reported for Thomas Mill, Bonney House, Whitman-Hanson Outdoor Fitness.
- Kenny will follow up with Rob O’Brien re: Whitman-Hanson Outdoor Fitness
- Poor Meadow Brook/Stone Property: Question raised if we are waiting on a deed restriction? Laura will follow up with Merri on this matter.
- Patti will attempt to coordinate a scanner demo in the library.
VI. New Business
- The Congregational Church will not be applying for CPC funds as they cannot locate their deed.
- No action on Robinson Field proposal
- The bid process is underway for Botieri. Site work is done and the actual work will begin in April
VII. Miscellaneous
- The committee reviewed Tom’s recent edits to the revised CPC application
Motion by Brad Kirlin and seconded by Bob Sears to approve the CPC application as amended
Vote: Unanimous in favor
- Laura raised the possibility of holding the forum in April rather than March.
VIII. Calendar
- The next meeting is January 14, 2015 at 7:00P.M.
